About the Workshop

Led by Sibusiso, Gugu, and David—experienced dancers and instructors from South Africa—you’ll have the chance to explore the basics, techniques, and a wide variety of rhythms. They’ll make sure that everyone, regardless of prior dance experience, feels included and gets the most out of the workshop.

isiPantsula is both fast-paced and challenging, but also incredibly fun! And remember—if it gets sweaty and tough, smile big! A smile helps your body relax and lets the rhythms flow even better.

1:00–2:30 p.m. isiPantsula Intro
3:00–4:30 p.m. isiPantsula Open Level
