Panel discussion with an eye to the future<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

In connection with the launch of Dansplan V\u00e4sterbotten, Norrlandsoperan and Dans i V\u00e4sterbotten invite you to a panel discussion where we look ahead. Inspired by the radio program Spanarna, the panel interprets signs of the times and shares their visions for the development of dance in V\u00e4sterbotten, from artistic currents to regional conditions and future opportunities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a conversation in classic scout format, politicians and key people in the V\u00e4sterbotten dance field meet to discuss the region’s growing and vital role in the development of the contemporary Swedish dance scene. Together, they look for movements that are already underway, point out directions forward and talk about how dance in V\u00e4sterbotten can continue to grow \u2013 locally, regionally and in dialogue with the outside world. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the evening, we also draw attention to Dansplan V\u00e4sterbotten, a new strategic action plan for the development of the free art of dance in the county. The dance plan has been developed within the project Dansutveckling V\u00e4sterbotten, with Dans i V\u00e4sterbotten as project owner and Nadja Nilsson as project manager. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
