Drone

Erik Linghede is a newly established choreographer whose aesthetics are colored by his background and work with different street dance expressions. His third work, Drone, is a sensuous dance-performance that deals with our ability to move between fiction and reality, between IRL and virtual, between avatar and human. The title is a dark metaphor for humans as drones, a driverless, programmed machine. But it is also about the sound “drone” – the noise which is always present in the silence.
