Call us dreamers, call me rebel! This is our Yonder.

Yonder is a dance performance in coming of age format, a teenage hangout in an eternal summer night. In between the universal and the “I get shivers in my whole body” feeling, a bunch of people are waiting for life, while living it intensely. What happens is nothing, and all at the same time.

In the choreographer duo OR/OR’s new work, we meet six young dancers who embody the teenage roar in a powerful and captivating performance. We sit around the stage surface and feel the wind from the bodies. A chance to experience what the closeness to dance awakens in us.

The performance gets its own grand soundtrack; a collection of powerful pop anthems by Toussaint “Tusse” Chiza in collaboration with composers Matilda Bådagård and Sophia Ersson.

OR/OR is run by choreographers Anja Arnquist and Madeleine Lindh. With their strongly visual works, they strive to create a close connection with the audience, every time. Anja and Madeleine are prominent dancers themselves, having collaborated with Golden Lion-awarded Cristina Caprioli, among others. They believe in the communicative power of dance and have since its inception in 2018 been recognized both nationally and internationally for their innovative works.
