During an open rehearsal, you’ll get a taste of the music that will be performed at this week’s Thursday concert and an exciting opportunity to meet the musicians in their everyday lives. This week, the orchestra is fine-tuning pieces by Jessie Montgomery, Ricardo Lorenz, Andrea Tarrodi, and Dmitri Shostakovich. Norrlandsoperan’s principal conductor, Eduardo Strausser, is leading the symphony orchestra in their preparations.

Open rehearsals are a great opportunity to bring along someone who’s never been to a concert before!
