Let loose and dance in your own dance bubble!

At Silent Disco, you can dance as if no one is watching, to music—that only you can hear. With wireless headphones, you choose the music and volume, which you can, of course, adjust whenever you want. Try one of our three channels, one of which is exclusively dedicated to our youngest disco dancers.

Discot is located in the upper lobby of the Norrlandsoperan, where you can also borrow a pair of headphones.

You can switch songs at any time by changing the channel on your headphones. You can also adjust the volume for each ear individually. Want to chat with your friend? No problem—just take off your headphones and talk in a normal voice. Headphones off—disco off; headphones on—disco on!

Before it’s time to start dancing, there will be a brief introduction to how the headphones work.
