Project support Dans i Västerbotten

Criteria for applying for funding

• You/your team are professional dance artists.
• You or at least one person in your team resides in Västerbotten.
• You/your team carry out all or part of the production or project in Västerbotten.
• Project support can also be applied for by newly started groups, temporary constellations and actors with less extensive operations.

Types of projects that can be granted support

Project support can be granted for time-limited dance projects carried out in Västerbotten, such as:

• Artistic production and/or event/activity.
• Projects aimed at developing, for example, new methods, processes, networks, technology or development of interaction and audience work as well as spreading knowledge.

Professional dance artists have the opportunity to apply for financial support and/or other co-financing from Dans i Västerbotten for a project or a dance production. (This applies to dance production, pre-project planning and idea development, etc.)

How much can I apply for?

You can apply for project support of 10 000 SEK and up to 40 000 SEK.

How decisions on approval or rejection or are communicated

Decisions are communicated via email to the contact person for the application and granted projects may be published on Norrlandsoperan’s website.

If support is granted

All those who are granted support must clearly state in their communication materials that the project is supported by Dans i Västerbotten/Norrlandsoperan. (Print With support from Dans i Västerbotten/Norrlandsoperan.)
