Outdoor concert in the City Hall Park
On Saturday 17 August, all Umeå residents and visitors will get a taste of the opera Italian i Alger when the Norrland Opera Symphony Orchestra with soloists plays a free concert in Rådhusparken. NO in the park also offers Alla Marcia, Karelia Suite by Jean Sibelius and music by Sven Sköld – with the work Summer that is appropriate for the evening. The master of ceremonies is Norrlandsoperan’s opera director, Dan Turdén.
Bring a picnic basket, blanket and clothes according to the weather!
Tip! Already at 4.30 p.m., the audience on site near the stage can see an excerpt from the dance performance Groove, choreographed by former Umeå resident Mari Raudsepp.
