We immerse ourselves in the world of flamenco to bring out everything we carry inside. In a choral formation, we’ll tap into the rhythm with tangos, clapping, vocalizations, and jaleos… We’ll dance it from the slightest impulse to its fullest expression. How do we dance flamenco on the floor—and on the wall?

To wrap things up, we’ll do a simple and fun dance routine that brings together everything we’ve practiced.

The workshop is intended for anyone who has had previous experience with flamenco.

Comfortable clothing and flamenco accessories (shawl, fan, skirt, flowers) are required.

For those with previous dance experience.

About María del Mar Suárez la Chachi

María del Mar Suárez la Chachi is a dancer and actress from Málaga who has decided to make flamenco the focal point of her own artistic work.

In several of her award-winning works, she collaborates with the singer Lola Dolores, who began singing flamenco at a young age, including the taranto—a style of singing performed a cappella, without guitar accompaniment.
