Workshop on the Importance of Listening
Deep Listening® is a creative philosophy and practice that encompasses sound and music, movement, and dreamwork. Listening is central to this practice, which stems from the life’s work of American composer and musician Pauline Oliveros, together with IONE and Heloise Gold.
The workshop includes a combination of movement exercises and listening meditations.
It’s free, and we’ll provide refreshments afterward.
Comfortable shoes are recommended, as we’ll be walking short distances.
