Celebrate the First Sunday of Advent with Familiar Christmas Melodies
This year’s traditional Christmas concert with the Umeå Music Society features 15 students from the Musical Academy at Strömbäck Folk High School. The audience will be treated to medleys from famous films and musicals, familiar Christmas tunes, Zoltán Kodály’s “Hary Janos Suite,” and an old hymn from Västergötland, among other pieces.
