Let Beethoven set the tone for the weekend
Classic afterwork is a simpler concert format with a relaxed atmosphere. Here you get to experience an entire work in a shorter format. Perfect as a start to the weekend evening!
This time, Ludwig van Beethoven’s Symphony No. 2 is at the center. The work was written in the early 1800s, when Beethoven was still a young composer on the way to changing the world of music. The symphony is full of energy, humor and surprises, from the dramatic introduction to a finale that really takes off.
At the conductor’s desk is Christian Lindberg. Together with the Norrland Opera Symphony Orchestra, he offers an evening where Beethoven’s energy sets the tone for the weekend.
At Nova’s tavern you can eat, socialize and drink well before or after the concert, whichever suits you best. Book a table or stop by for drop-in! Open from 16.00 until late at night.
