Kids and youths at the opera
We aim to inspire children and youths to participate in cultural creation. It brings together people from different backgrounds and experiences. Through a broad offering we strive to make culture accessible to all ages, with a special focus on children and youths.
Participate in our activities
Aside from our performances, we also offer activities that deepen and enrich the cultural experience. Participate in our family-friendly workshops where you together can explore different forms of culture, from music and dance to opera and visual arts. Our activities are designed to inspire and provide new exciting perspectives.
Discounts for our young audience
We offer special discounts tailored for children and youths. Toddlers aged 0-2 years are welcome to experience our shows on an adult’s lap at no cost, except for family shows specifically aimed at this age group. For children and youths up to and including 18 years, we offer discounted tickets to Norrlandsoperan’s own shows at a price of 80 to 100 SEK.
