Workshops & Jams

The evening features two workshops and wraps up with a jam session. Kaide will lead you through a House dance class, and he’ll be joined by a guest instructor who will teach another street dance style—more info to come!

About Kaide Gonzalez

Kaide Gonzalez is a dancer and choreographer specializing in house and hip-hop. Having studied at Åsa Folk High School and the Amsterdam Academy of Theater and Dance, he has developed the movement practice “Leviathan Flow,” which forms the foundation of his own creative work. You last saw Kaide in Umeå as a judge at Up North Battle 2024. In the spring of 2025, he will return with the Majeko collective for the premiere of a brand-new dance piece as part of Norrlandsoperan’s street dance project, Attitudes.
