Playful movement workshop

Meet the charismatic and highly topical choreographer Philip Berlin. During a playful workshop, we will take part in Philip’s ideas and universe of movement. Through variations of movements, movements through space and improvisation, Philip takes us into thoughts about his latest work La Ronde, which has just premiered.

You do not need to have previous experience of dancing, come as you are in clothes that allow movement.

About Philip Berlin

Philip Berlin is an active dancer and choreographer born in 1991 and works with contemporary dance in Sweden and internationally.

He has presented works at Dansens Hus, Oslo Opera House, MDT – Moderna Dansteatern and Moderna Museet, among others. Berlin investigates how the technical parameters of dance function as a catalyst to spiritual processes, abundance, transgression and, virtuosity as political, artistic and intellectual practice. In 2026, Berlin will stage a revised version of the work Le Scénario (2023) with Danish Dance Theatre in Copenhagen.
