– It seemed like a fun thing to do! Something about it popped up in my Facebook feed, and I sent it to a friend who also thought it would be fun to try something new. So we booked tickets—and now here we are.

So you’re not a seasoned opera-goer?

– Haha, no, not at all. I don’t think I’ve been here since middle school, when we got to take a tour of the facilities. I don’t usually go to live events or concerts, but this felt like a good start.

Good point! So what’s the best way to get in the mood for your first classical concert?

– A glass of white wine seemed like the right choice.

Will you be visiting the Norrlands Opera more often in the future?

– It’s not impossible; we’ll see how it goes tonight.
