Up North Battle är ett årligt evenemang där vi sedan 2015 hyllar hiphopkulturen, med dansen, musiken och gemenskapen i centrum. Under två intensiva dagar fylls Norrlandsoperan av battles, sceniska framträdanden och en unik energi som växer fram i mötet mellan dansare och publik.

May 29–30, 2027 – get ready for the best dance weekend of the year!

Up North Battle is our annual celebration of hip hop culture, where dance, music, and community come together. Since 2015, we’ve been bringing dancers and audiences to Norrlandsoperan for a weekend full of energy, creativity, and connection.

Across two days, you’ll experience battles, performances, and the special atmosphere that happens when people gather around the dance floor.

Expect good music, strong vibes, and a crowd that’s just as much a part of the experience as the dancers.
